A: No. It is not possible to change the primary IP address due to technical reasons.

Q: How many additional IPv4 address can I get for my VPS?

A: You get one IPv4 address with your VPS. Additional IPv4 addresses cannot be ordered.

Q: Can I transfer my account to another person/organisation?

A: An account is bound to one person/organisation. It cannot be transfered. But you can generate auth-codes for your services. With the auth-codes services can be transfered to another account.
